Father & Son Golf Event
Sponsorship Opportunities

The following categories and amounts are for sponsorship of one event. Multiple event sponsorship opportunities are available. To become a Father and Son Golf Event sponsor, please fill out the below application form and click on the submit button at the bottom of the form. Funding for:         Scholarships for needy Father-Son Teams; Prizes; Father-Son memorabilia; Father-Son support
                               materials / Activities; Tournament Promotion; Efforts to organize and encourage Father-Son events and
                               activities.

Platinum        Includes four (4) Father-Son Teams full entry fees, Tee Sponsor, Logo and direct link on website, name $1,500                    prominently displayed on course and at award ceremony, specific recognition at awards ceremony.

Gold Includes two (2) Father-Son Teams full entry fees, Tee Sponsor, Logo and direct link on website, name $750 prominently displayed on course and at award ceremony, specific recognition at awards ceremony.

Silver Includes one (1) Father-Son Team full entry fee, Tee Sponsor, Logo and direct link on website, name $500 prominently displayed on course and at award ceremony, specific recognition at awards ceremony.

Hole Sponsor  Company name and logo displayed on tee box on a designated hole, general recognition at award
$100                       ceremony.
